RESTORATION

I have been in business in London for over 35 years and have extensive experience of restoring furniture of all periods. I have also worked on Continental furniture and good quality modern pieces. I started my career working and training with a Master gilder and restorer and was lucky to benefit from his personal tuition. Not only do I repair joints, veneers, etc., I repolish and refinish furniture. I can make up missing pieces of carving and turnings. My customers include antique dealers, a royal household and many private families. I work closely with various colleagues, all of whom specialize in difference aspects of furniture restoration, i.e. upholstery, leatherwork, caning and rushing.
